Give a short explanation as to why you think you fit the job and in general why do you deserve this rank: I think that I am fit for this rank because I have a lot of experience with staffing and star wars rp, I believe that I deserve this rank because I am calm in situations that others may be frustrated in. I know when it is time to have fun, and when it is time to be serious.
Elaborate on any past experiences with staffing on any Gmod server: I have past experience staffing on Deathrun, MilitaryRP, Jailbreak & DarkRP

How many hours can you get on the server in a week(Rough figure)?: Right now about 46 hours per week, but when my school starts probably 30 hours per week

Staff Situations (Answer these to the best of your ability)
While playing on the server, you notice a staff abusing his privileges/powers and acting in a destructive way that will negatively affect the community (this abuse can be anything from fail-rping, being disrespectful, rdming, giving weapons/possibly banned weaponsto normal players, setting their player-model to something non-lore, or even white listing people to jobs that they are not suppose to become within good reason, and etc). What do you do?
- I have dealt with this situation before, on another server. I will start by taking screenshots of console or chat of the abuse, send the screenshots to a higher up and try my best to continue enforcing the rules.
You see in the kill feed one person has killed five people within a small frame of time, you remember someone calling a sim a bit ago. How do you go about this situation?
- I will first check if the person has SIM in their name just to check what the situation is, NoTarget and god myself, teleport to them and see where they are, if they are in a sim I will ask the person leading the sim what happened as they were spectating, and punish the player if needed, if the player is not in the SIM I will jail them strip them and bant hem accordingly.
You look in the console and notice someone constantly spawning the same prop, what is your reaction/How do you go about this situation?
- I will start by teleporting to the person spamming props, I will jail them and delete their props, then ban them accordingly.
You see in the kill feed people are being killed by props, what is your reaction?
- I will start by checking the console to see who is spawning props, jail tp them to me, tell them not to spawn props and prop kill as a verbal warning, if they continue I will warn them, then ban if they continue.
You see a staff member constantly harassing a player for a specific reason (Such as their race or age), what do you do/how do you go about this situation?
- To deal with this situation I will start by telling the staff member harassing the player to stop, if they don't I will contact a higher up and tell them the situation, then if needed have them contact the player harassed and get more information.
