(Experience) In my past server there were alot of rule breakers and Minges, and i was the only staff on. Since i have school and projects to complete.[/b][/color] ------------------------------------- [color=#c0392b][b]Staff Situations (Answer these to the best of your ability)[/b][/color] [b][color=#f1c40f]While playing on the server, you notice a staff abusing his privileges/powers and acting in a destructive way that will negatively affect the community (this abuse can be anything from fail-rping, being disrespectful, rdming, giving weapons/possibly banned weaponsto normal players, setting their player-model to something non-lore, or even white listing people to jobs that they are not suppose to become within good reason, and etc). What do you do?[/color][/b] [color=#000000][b]- I would report him to the highest staff if he is the highest staff on. I would contact more higher admins  to come. Or i would do it myself i would tell him or warn him it would affect the reputation of the server and would also affect your capability as staff if he banns because i made him mad then i would use the forums to contact the higher-up staff.[/b][/color] [color=#f1c40f][b]You see in the kill feed one person has killed five people within a small frame of time, you remember someone calling a sim a bit ago. How do you go about this situation?[/b][/color] [b][color=#000000]- I would goto the host of the sim and asked was this person (Suspect) part of the sim? If he says yes i would leave, but if the host would say no i will go to the person and tell him why did you kill these people? If he says sim i would ask him the people who were with him but if they say they didn't know him or he wasn't even in the sim i would warn him for mass RDM. But if he still does it, it is now a ban and me using the words for the bann (Mass RDM) [/color][/b] [b][color=#f1c40f] You look in the console and notice someone constantly spawning the same prop, what is your reaction/How do you go about this situation?[/color][/b] [b][color=#000000] - I would first !cloak myself then i will secretly /goto to him then check if he is building something like the bunks or he was doing an event i would leave but if he is trying to propkill or trying to crash the server i would warn him and if he does it again i would ban him using these words for the ban. And tell him it would affect the reputation of this server and the popularity of it and it will also give a bad rep to the staff and all people are welcome to this wonderful server but if he still keeps harrasing the player i would inform the highest on.
